Erica Baca, MSN, FNP-BC, IBCLC
With over 13 years of dedicated experience as a registered nurse, nurse practitioner and lactation consultant. Erica has always been driven by a deep passion for nurturing the health and well-being of children and families. After years of providing compassionate care in hospitals, clinics, and home settings, the decision to establish a pediatric practice was a natural next step.
Drawing from a rich background that includes clinical expertise, hands-on care, and a deep understanding of child development, Erica has seen firsthand the profound impact that early support and guidance can have on a child’s growth and a family’s overall experience. Through this practice, the goal is to create a supportive, comprehensive environment where children receive not only the best medical care but also the personalized attention they need to thrive.
From infancy to school age, Erica is committed to providing a holistic approach to pediatric care that combines clinical excellence with specialized lactation support. Whether it’s helping new parents navigate breastfeeding, managing common childhood illnesses, or guiding families through the early years of parenthood, this practice is designed to be a trusted resource in the community.
Nicole Mansour, MSN, FNP-BC
Nicole Mansour is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over 15 years of experience in the medical field. Her diverse background spans family medicine, the operating room, neurology, neonatal intensive care, and school nursing, giving her a well-rounded and comprehensive approach to patient care.
As a primary care nurse practitioner, she provides comprehensive care across the lifespan, including both acute and chronic care management. Nicole is passionate about helping individuals achieve their wellness goals and truly loves working with patients to support them in becoming their best selves. She believes in building strong, trusting relationships and empowering patients through education, prevention, and compassionate, individualized care.
Outside of the clinic, Nicole is a busy mom to two beautiful girls and shares life with her supportive husband and their three dogs. When she’s not caring for patients, you can find her enjoying family time, cheering on the soccer field, and embracing the balance of a full and active life.
